  • 76ers' Jerryd Bayless: Will play Monday
    By RotoWire Staff

Bayless (wrist) will play Monday against Utah, Jessica Camerato of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. The veteran missed the last six games with a bruised wrist, but he's been cleared to return to action and will look to pick up where he left off, averaging 11.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.1 made threes per game. It's possible Bayless could be re-inserted into the starting five, though that would likely mean moving Dario Saric back to the bench.

  • Bayless (wrist) participated in Sunday's workout and is considered questionable for Monday's matchup with the Jazz, Jessica Camerato of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Bayless has missed the last six games while working back from a wrist contusion, but appears to be nearing a return to full strength. He was able to take part in Sunday's workout and as long as the injury doesn't flare up following the increase in activity, Bayless could be back on the floor Monday. Look for another update following Monday's morning shootaround, but for now, Bayless should be considered questionable.

  • 76ers' Jerryd Bayless: May return Monday
    By RotoWire Staff

Bayless (wrist) is out for Saturday's game against the Warriors and should be tentatively considered questionable for Monday's game against the Jazz, Kyle Neubeck of PhillyVoice.com reports. Bayless will miss his sixth straight game Saturday as he continues to battle back from left wrist soreness. From the sound of it, however, Bayless may be back as soon as Monday's game against the Jazz. More updates on his status should emerge following the team's morning shootaround that day.

  • Bayless (wrist) has officially been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Lakers, Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Bayless has missed the last four games while working back from a sore left wrist and came into Wednesday with a doubtful designation, so this move was always expected. Look for Bayless to sit out a fifth straight game, which means more minutes in the backcourt for T.J. McConnell. Bayless' next opportunity to play will be Saturday against the Warriors.

  • Bayless (wrist) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Clippers and is also considered doubtful for Wednesday's matchup with the Lakers, Jessica Camerato of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Bayless is unlikely to play in the team's next two contests, which would make Saturday's tilt with the Warriors his next opportunity to see the floor. His participation in full-contact practices will be a good indicator that he's on the brink of a return, so look for another update on his status over the next few days. With Bayless out, T.J. McConnell benefits the most in the backcourt.
