2017 Outlook: Eli Rogers

Eli Rogers is expected to stay in the slot for the Steelers this fall after showing flashes of good play. However, he's not one of the Steelers' primary targets, as evidenced by the 5.1 targets per game he had last season. That was when he didn't share the field with Martavis Bryant, who is expected to return. Rogers has the feel of a receiver you could grab off waivers on weeks the Steelers have a home game against bad pass defenses. Don't draft him.
