The Buccaneers certainly regret gambling on Gage in free agency with hopes that he would be the final piece for Tom Brady to go on one more run. Gage finished as a WR2 or better just twice in 2022 and as a WR3 or better just two more times. Gage suffered a serious knee injury during camp and is expected to miss the 2023 season, making him unrosterable in all formats.
