Armstead (foot/ankle) is considered doubtful to play Sunday versus the Saints, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Armstead has yet to play since suffering a foot/ankle injury during San Francisco's Week 4 win over the Rams, and he appears set to miss his seventh game in a row versus New Orleans. As a result, expect Kevin Givens and Hassan Ridgeway to once more serve as the 49ers' top defensive tackles Week 12.
