Coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Al-Shaair's (elbow) status for Thursday's game against the Titans likely won't be decided until kickoff, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
Shanahan said he's "holding out hope" that Al-Shaair will be able to give it a go after sitting out Sunday's win over the Falcons. The linebacker is just four tackles shy of 100 and will almost certainly reach that threshold if given the green light to suit up come Thursday.
