Al-Shaair suffered a knee injury Thursday against the Titans and will undergo an MRI on Friday, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Al-Shaair exited the game in third quarter, and coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed the injury after the game. Any game action that Al-Shaair is forced to miss would be a serious blow to San Francisco's defense, as he's racked up an impressive 102 total tackles across 13 games this season. That said, the severity of the injury is currently unknown, with more clarity to come after test results are announced.
