Ward has exited Monday's game against the Cardinals with a groin injury.
Ward suffered the injury in the first quarter and is questionable to return. If he is unable to get back in the game, it'll certainly be a blow to the 49er secondary. Ambry Thomas and Samuel Womack will be candidates for an uptick in snaps while Ward is out.
