Greenlaw (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Greenlaw was injured in the Week 3 win over the Giants six days ago. It was initially reported that Greenlaw was day-to-day with the injury, so perhaps the 49ers are just being cautious with their starting linebacker.
