Lee underwent surgery on his thumb and is expected to miss two weeks, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Lee, who signed a tender with the 49ers back in March, suffered the thumb injury Saturday night. He'll likely miss the next two preseason games before potentially appearing in the finale.
