Elliott (ankle) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Patriots, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Elliott will not return in the second half of Week 4's matchup with New England. The Missouri product had no counting stats at the time of his exit and likely will be replaced by Evan Anderson and Kevin Givens for the remainder of the game.
