The 49ers elevated White to the active roster Saturday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
The 2015 first-round pick hasn't played since the 2018 season, but he could get an opportunity in Sunday's game against the Dolphins. White will serve as depth more than anything, as the team's receiving corps is basically at full health heading into Week 5.
