Hufanga is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Falcons due to a knee injury, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
The 49ers are depleted defensively, and losing Hufanga wouldn't help the team's cause, particularly from a depth perspective. If he can't return, Jarrod Wilson might be in line for a bigger workload going forward.
