Williams (ankle) was in uniform and participated in practice Tuesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
It doesn't appear that the sprained ankle he suffered in last season's NFC Championship Game is a major hindrance for Williams any longer. Expect him to be ready to go for Week 1 when the Niners visit Chicago.
