Austin Mack: Waived by 49ers

Mack (hamstring) reached an injury settlement with the 49ers on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Mack was placed on IR on Tuesday, but he will now become a free agent. Once healthy, the wide receiver will look to crack an active roster for the first time since 2020, when he caught seven passes for 91 yards over 11 games with the Giants.
