Bears' Jordan Howard: Posts 22 rushing yards Monday
Howard had three rushes for 22 yards while catching both of his pass targets for an additional nine yards Monday against the Eagles.
Howard saw the first action of his career when Ka'Deem Carey went down with a hamstring injury. The rookie showed well in a game that was dominated at the line of scrimmage by the Eagles. After making Jeremy Langford the full-time running back in Week 1, the Bears used Carey in the second series of the game. This could indicate that the coaching staff is willing to incorporate other backs, so it's possible that if Carey misses time, Howard could get a chance to earn some work as a change-of-pace option to Langford.
