Goodwin (ankle) is active Week 3 against Cleveland.
Goodwin still entered the week with a "questionable" tag despite logging full practices, but it won't prevent him from suiting up for the road matchup. Fellow wideout Darnell Mooney (groin) is active as well, however, which likely leaves Goodwin as No. 3 on the wide receiver depth chart. Last week against Cincinnati in a similar role, Goodwin was on the field for 46 percent of the snaps and logged three targets.
