Hill exited in the second quarter of Sunday's contest while grabbing at his left hamstring, and he's since been ruled out for the remainder of the game. His departure is a big blow to a depleted Bengals defensive line. Zachary Carter has stepped in for Hill against the Chiefs, while Jay Tufele has entered for Sheldon Rankins, who went down with an injury in the third quarter.
