Little was signed as a free agent Tuesday, BuffaloBills.com reports.

Little has had three 40-plus catch seasons since getting drafted in the second round by the Browns in 2011, but has fallen on hard times recently, with just six catches in 2014 while not seeing any action this past season. He'll compete for a spot for a fourth, fifth, or sixth wideout in camp this summer.
