Pitts missed Wednesday's practice after he suffered a concussion in Sunday's win over Jacksonville, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Pitts hasn't seen a defensive snap since Week 3, so if he can't play this week against the Dolphins, it would mean more of a special teams adjustment in the lineup.
