Milano (pectoral) won't practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Head coach Sean McDermott told reporters that Milano's injury continues to improve, according to Glab, but he'll remain sidelined at Wednesday's practice. The veteran inside linebacker likely needs to upgrade to at least a limited practice Thursday or Friday to play in Buffalo's Week 4 matchup against the Saints.
