Bills' Taylor Rapp: Downgraded to out

Rapp (concussion) has been downgraded to out for the rest of Sunday night's game against the Ravens.

The safety left the field after making a hit on Baltimore running back Derrick Henry during the first half. Rapp made two tackles (one solo) before exiting. Cole Bishop is his backup.
