Bills' Taylor Rapp: Might have head injury

Rapp is being evaluated for a head injury during Sunday's game against the Ravens.

The safety left the field after making a hit on Baltimore running back Derrick Henry. Rapp made two tackles (one solo) before exiting. Cole Bishop is his backup.
