Crockett was bumped up to the active roster from the practice squad Friday, Ben Swanson of the Broncos' official site reports.
Crockett could play an important part in the Broncos' run game Sunday, with Melvin Gordon (thumb) and Javonte Williams (knee) both questionable against the Chargers. Crockett has appeared in 11 games for the Broncos this season but has seen only five snaps on offense, which he has turned into three carries for seven yards. After going undrafted out of Missouri, Crockett ended up in Denver in 2020 after a pit stop in Green Bay.
