Browns' Cedric Tillman: Nine target-less snaps in loss

Tillman was not targeted over nine snaps in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Raiders in Week 4.

The snaps were the fewest of the season for Tillman, who had been above 20 the first three weeks. Perhaps his critical drop in a Week 3 loss to the Giants cost him playing time.
