Clowney (illness) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Clowney has missed the past two games after testing positive for COVID-19, but he's now back on the active roster ahead of Week 17. The 28-year-old has 29 tackles (18 solo) and five sacks in 12 games during his first season in Cleveland.
