Santos-Silva was waived by the Browns on Monday, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Santos-Silva, who played basketball at Texas Tech, was viewed as a project. He played 12 combined snaps in two preseason games and did not generate any receiving statistics.
