McKinley (undisclosed) has been activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
McKinley was one of eight Browns players to land on the COVID list earlier in the week, but he has since been able to clear the league's protocols. He will be available to take on his usual role Monday versus the Raiders.
