Hill (neck) won't play Sunday against the Lions, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Hill left Sunday's game against the Patriots on a stretcher and was released from the hospital earlier this week. It remains to be seen when he'll be able to return to the field, but his absence could open the door for more playing time to Greedy Williams.
