Hill (neck) is active for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Anthony Poisal of the Browns' official site reports.

Hill was unavailable in last week's win over the Lions but will return to the field in Week 12. Across his last five appearances, he's totaled 27 tackles (21 solo) and two sacks.
