Hill was diagnosed with a neck sprain and released from the hospital Monday, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.
Hill left Sunday's game against the Patriots on a stretcher and remained in New England overnight for treatment, but he's now been cleared to travel back to Cleveland. It's not yet clear when the cornerback will be able to return to the field.
