The Buccaneers designated Auclair (calf) for return Wednesday, per the NFL's official transaction page.

Auclair has been out since Week 2 when he suffered the calf injury in a win over the Panthers. The team will need to officially activate him in order for Auclair to suit up, but this news confirms that the Laval product will return in the next three weeks. The Buccaneers could use the depth at tight end since O.J. Howard was ruled out for the season with a ruptured Achilles tendon.
