Howard was not targeted during the Buccaneers' 32-6 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
The athletic tight end continues to be a complete non-factor in the air attack, no matter who else is on the shelf for the Bucs any given week. Howard's snap count was actually only seven behind position mate Cameron Brate's, but while the latter at least seems to be good for 3-4 targets most weeks, the former is utilized exclusively as a run blocker these days.
