Sherman (Achilles) is inactive for Sunday night's game against the Saints, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
This was the expected result, as Sherman came into the game doubtful and didn't practiced all week. The 33-year-old has appeared in just four games this year for Tampa Bay.
