Murphy-Bunting (elbow) was activated from injured reserve Monday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Murphy-Bunting will rejoin the active roster ahead of Monday's matchup with the Giants after missing the past eight games with a dislocated elbow. He should immediately step into a significant role given Tampa Bay's continued injury concerns at cornerback.
