Coach Bruce Arians said that it looks like Barrett suffered a minor MCL injury during Sunday's win over the Panthers, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Barrett had four tackles -- including two for loss -- before leaving the team's Week 16 contest in the second half. In his absence, Anthony Nelson replaced him and recorded his third sack of the season. It's unclear how much time Barrett may miss, but Tampa Bay -- who clinched the AFC South by beating the Panthers -- will likely be cautious with their star pass rusher.
