Vea (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Vea was unable to play in Week 3, but he'll return to the field in Week 4 against Philadelphia. The return of the Washington product is great news for Tampa Bay's defense front, as he is one of the best run-stoppers in the league.
