Simmons (shoulder) was a full practice participant Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Simmons worked as a limited participant Wednesday but progressed to full participation Thursday to avoid the questionable tag for Saturday's game versus Indianapolis. The 23-year-old has missed only a handful of defensive snaps since the first couple weeks of the season for Arizona.
