Murray (back) had his practice window expire Friday and will remain on injured reserve for the rest of the season, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Murray was designated to return from injured reserve in early November, but he apparently didn't show enough in practice over the past three weeks to warrant being reinstated to the active roster. He'll finish 2021 having played in only three games due to the back injury.
