Addae (collarbone) will not participate in Wednesday's contact practice, but his health continues to progress, Tom Krasovic of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Addae doesn't appear to be ready for game action this week, but he could begin practicing sometime soon given he avoids any setbacks. In the meantime Adrian Phillips will continue to be the main option at strong safety with Addae sidelined.
