Williams (ankle) remained sidelined at practice Thursday.
Williams also missed Wednesday's session, so he'll presumably need to practice in some fashion Friday in order to play Sunday against the Cardinals. If Williams ends up being ruled out for the contest, Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter would be in line to see expanded opportunities at wide receiver alongside Keenan Allen in Week 12.
