Williams is dealing with some shoulder soreness following Sunday's game against the Texans, but coach Mike McCoy expects him to be fine, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Williams came down on his shoulder during the fourth quarter of Sunday's win, when he had at least 65 yards and scored a touchdown for the third straight game. One of this year's most pleasant fantasy surprises, it's encouraging to hear that Williams is simply sore and not nursing a more serious ailment. While his practice involvement should probably still be tracked this week, McCoy's update suggests the wideout isn't in danger of missing this Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
