Blair signed with the Falcons' practice squad on Wednesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Blair appeared in one game with Atlanta last season after joining the team in September, spending most of the time afterward on their practice squad. He'll begin 2024 in that same role and will work to get a chance to be active on gameday this season.
