Wilson was waived by Chicago on Saturday, Rich Campell of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Wilson was signed by the Bears a few days ago and was looking to play in the team's Week 5 contest. He was waived to clear a roster spot for Demontre Hurst, who was promoted from the practice squad.
