Rivers didn't play a snap in 2023, and he finished the season on the Colts' practice squad injured reserve due to a biceps injury. He last saw NFL action in 2021 with the Texans, when he recorded nine tackles (seven solo), including 1.0 sacks, across five regular-season games.
