Hooker will start Sunday against the Cardinals, Zak Keefer of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Darius Butler (hamstring) received the start in Week 1, but with Butler out, Hooker will be leaned on by the Colts. Hooker recorded four tackles (three solo) in his first regular-season NFL game action, and the 2017 first-round pick appears ready for the task. Still, he hasn't proven enough to be targeted in fantasy leagues, especially due to his role in one of the league's poorest defenses.
