Campbell was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, but his return to full activity clears the way for him to play Monday against the Steelers. In his last four appearances when Matt Ryan has served as the Colts' starting quarterback, Campbell has drawn a whopping 38 targets while turning in 29 receptions for 270 yards and three touchdowns.
