Kelly (neck) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.
Kelly previously said he's optimistic he'll play in Saturday's wild-card game at Houston, and his full participation at practice seemingly supports that claim. The 25-year-old should step back in as the starting center for a Colts' offensive line that has allowed the fewest sacks in the league (18).
