Franklin (illness) is active Monday against the Steelers.
Franklin came down with an illness at the end of the week and missed practice Saturday, but he's recovered enough to suit up Monday. The linebacker is in the midst of a breakout campaign, taking the field for 100 percent of the Colts' defensive snaps in all but one game so far this season and already more than doubling his career-best mark with 110 tackles, which ranks fourth in the league heading into Monday night.
