Commanders' Jonathan Allen: Listed as full participant

The Commanders listed Allen (pectoral) as a full participant in Wednesday's practice estimate.

Allen was designated for return from injured reserve on Dec. 18 and now appears closer to making his return. The 2017 first-round pick hasn't played since the team's Week 6 loss versus the Ravens but should have a chance to play in Sunday's game versus the Falcons.
