Cooper (COVID-19) will practice Tuesday and is expected to suit up for Thursday's game against the Saints, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Cooper is coming off back-to-back absences after testing positive for COVID-19 in mid-November, but he returned to team facilities Monday and is on track to retake the field for Thursday Night Football. The Cowboys still have yet to officially activate Cooper from the reserve/COVID-19 list, but in any case, it looks like fantasy managers can expect to have the standout wideout available for Week 13. Meanwhile, CeeDee Lamb cleared the concussion protocol Monday, setting Dak Prescott up to have both his top receiving options available again.
